Uganda: How Ready Are Schools for Universal Secondary Education?

Kampala — The Government has this year launched the Universal Secondary Education (USE). As Senior One students report today, many of them will be joining mainly government and some private schools that are partnering with the Government to run the USE programme. The New Vision spoke to stakeholders about how prepared the schools were for the programme. Below are some of their responses:
