Kitante — Lieutenant Aloysious Kimera claimed his maiden career victory as he returned a gallant score of 65 nett to secure overall honours at the Hima Captain's Prize Tournament at Kitante over the weekend.
The 32-year-old handicap 25 Uganda Peoples Defence Force (UPDF) soldier who only became an active member of the Uganda Golf Club last year, finished the one-day event two strokes clear of his closest challenger Dr James Ssekajugo.
