Ghana: Dr. Anane to Bounce Back As Road Transport Minister

Accra — When the dust of the tussle between Dr. Richard Anane and the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) finally settles, President Kufuor, using his prerogative, could reappoint him as the Minister of Road Transport.

In the wake of adverse findings against Dr. Anane by CHRAJ, the former minister resigned his lucrative post late last year to enable him to contest the Commission's ruling at the court.
