South Africa: Corruption Perpetuates Inequality Between Rich And Poor

Johannesburg — Corruption is inimical to development and perpetuates inequity between rich and poor people globally.

"It is morally wrong and offensive. It produces conditions of underdevelopment, poverty and must be totally eradicated," Public Service and Administration Minister Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi told delegates at the Global Forum V Monday.
