Angola: Top Migration Officials Dismissed After Inquiry

Luanda — Angola's Home Affairs minister, Roberto Leal Monteiro "Ngongo", has dismissed the national director and the deputy director of the Migration Services (SME), Angop learnt last Wednesday in Luanda.

According to an official source, the mentioned entities- Maria Joaquina Domingos Campos da Silva and Rui António Garcia Neto, respectively- have been dismissed after it was proved that they got involved in incorrect practices "which endangered the normal functioning of the institution".
