Africa: Tanzanian, Burkinabe Leaders Arrive for ILO Regional Meet

Addis Ababa — Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwet and Burkinabe leader Blaise Compaore have arrived here to attend the 11th African Regional Meeting of the International Labour Organization (ILO) that opens at the United Nations Conference Centre here today.

Upon arrival at the Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, Sunday and yesterday the Tanzania and the Burkinabe leaders were welcomed by Labour and Social Affairs Minister Hassen Abdella, other senior government officials and Ambassador of the two countries.
