Kampala — THE Ministry of Health is set to begin the indoor spraying of DDT in August, the manager of the malaria control programme, John Bosco Rwakimari, has announced. The spraying will be done in stages, starting with the most affected districts.
"We are going to start with Kabale and Kitgum, before moving to other districts in the north like Pader, Gulu, Amuru and Apac. Next year, we will add on Lira, Pallisa, Manafwa, Bushenyi and Ntungamo," Rwakimari said.
