The Ugandan justice system has of late been assaulted with the emergence of non-judicial impositors like the Black Mambas and the Kiboko Squad. The quest for liberty has become a matter of life and death so much that a series of 'illegal' public demonstrations have resulted in a number of 'legal' deaths.
The diagnosis has revealed that Uganda's illness is transmitted by the unfriendly relations between the judiciary and parliament on one hand and the executive and the president on the other hand.
