Nigeria: Appeal Court Reserves Judgment on Obi's Case Indefinitely

Enugu — The Court of Appeal, Enugu, yesterday reserved judgment indefinitely in the appeal brought before it by the Governor of Anambra State, Mr Peter Obi, who is challenging the decision of the Federal High Court, Enugu which dismissed his case for the determination of his rightful tenure of office.

But the Court assured that the judgment on the case would be given before May 29, when it is expected that the governor-elect, Dr. Andy Uba, may take over administration in the state.
