Kampala — NATIONAL Council of Sports (NCS) on Wednesday fell short of dissolving the local cricket association (UCA) executive. The forthcoming ICC Division III World Cup League to be held in Darwin, Australia later this month saved the day.
The council called an urgent meeting at Lugogo following a raging administrative dispute between UCA chairman Kibuuka Musoke, treasurer Timothy Kiwagama and organising secretary Davis Turinawe.
