Kampala — KENYA and Uganda have reached a mutual understanding and issued new regulations to oil transporters in a move to ease the flow of petroleum products to Uganda.
Under the new plan, all transit petroleum products to Uganda must leave Kenya not more than five days from the date of release by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
