South Africa: To Tap Into Skills of Japanese Engineers

Cape Town — Recently retired Japanese water engineers are likely to help train South African trainers responsible for building skills capacity at municipalities that are having problems managing their water supplies.

Water Affairs and Forestry Minister Lindiwe Hendricks said yesterday that she would be travelling to Japan next month to finalise an agreement.
