Maputo — The Mozambican government is determined to ensure that by 2015 at least 70 per cent of the population will have access to clean drinking water, and at least 60 per cent will have decent sanitation, declared the Minister of Public works, Felicio Zacarias, on Wednesday.
He was speaking at the opening of a meeting billed as a "Dialogue among Interested Parties" on Integrated Water Resource Management in SADC (Southern African Development Community).
