Kampala — LACK of social services like schools and hospitals have not prevented displaced persons from returning to their homes, the director of the U.S. foreign disaster assistance office, Ky Luu, has said.
He was addressing journalists at the U.S. embassy on Friday after returning from a trip to the north. Luu explained that the resettlement process was funded by the American government.
