Luanda — Angolan minister of Urbanisation and Environment, Sita José, Tuesday in Luanda warned all government officials on the need for the establishment of an equilibrium between the economic development and the control of greenhouse gas emissions in the country.
"At national level each of us must be interested to get upgraded in the sector we represent, in order to better help Angola to, effectively, stand as a nation engaged in the construction of the global response for the reduction of the concentration of greenhouse effect gases", said the minister.
