Nairobi — The race for the top COMESA job of Secretary General appears to have kicked off in ernest in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, last week.
Rwanda's public service minister, Prof. Nshuti Manasseh, who had earlier announced he would contest for the job, arrived in Nairobi a week ahead of the 12th COMESA heads of state summit to shop for support from the COMESA council of ministers.
