Nairobi — A technical team to harmonise Bills drafted by the Government and the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) has rejected a proposal to give Information minister powers to oversee private entities.
The Bill proposes to give the minister powers to designate public bodies but does not clearly elaborate his role towards the private ones.
