AS PART of efforts aimed at ensuring road safety and reducing the carnage on the roads, the National Road Safety Commission (N.R.S.C) has organized a two-day intensive programme for a selected number of drivers and vulcanizers from Ashanti and Brong Regions to acquaint themselves with the problem.
The participants, made up of 25 drivers and five vulcanizers were taken through various topics including the causes of the numerous accidents on the roads, managing the driving environment, defensive driving and vehicular maintenance aspects such as braking system and hand brakes application.
