Harare — COMPANIES have been urged to invest heavily in jazz music and use it not only to market their brands, but also as a vehicle of projecting a positive image of the country abroad.
Speaking on the sidelines of the inaugural Jazz In The Park function at Monomotapa Crowne Plaza Gardens at the weekend, various jazz artistes, enthusiasts and corporate personalities said jazz was one of the most sidelined local music genres despite its potential as a major revenue creator in the arts industry.
