Somalia: Eight Tons of Weapons Detonated in the Capital

Mogadishu — The Ugandan (AMISOM) troops in Mogadishu, the Somali capital, have detonated at least 8 tones of various weapons on the southern outer edge of the capital on Thursday.

AMISOM officers at the area where the detonation was taking place said most of today's weapons that were blown up were old Russian made weapons.
