Nairobi — Wildlife Assistant minister, Mr Kalembe Ndile, attended an official function in Kangundo in his personal vehicle, saying the vehicle allocated to him was faulty.Ndile, who has threatened to quit if President Kibaki does not address his complaints, said he was yet to get a vehicle that merits his status.
"I have decided to use my personal vehicle, which is more reliable for long journeys I take while performing duties as assistant minister," he said.
