Kampala — FLASHBACK: On September 16, 2003, Aruu County MP, Odonga Otto, dressed in a cream suit and red tie carried his baby, Twiggy, in the company of his 'wife' who was dressed in a long-sleeved blue blouse and black trousers, to the steps of Parliament.
The move was an open protest to what Otto called claims by a fellow MP and Cabinet minister in the media, that he (Otto) was a boy. Otto told the fully-packed House: "I have brought my daughter Twiggy to disprove (her) allegations that I am childless."
