Rwanda: Two Arrested Over Forging RRA Stamp

Musanze — Police have arrested two people in possession of forged stamps for Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), schools and districts of Burera and Musanze. Alponse Hirwa, 29, and Gilbert Habimana, 32, both of Muhoza Sector in Musanze District confessed that they had been doing the forgery for more than a year.

They were arrested after a tip-off from schools, whose students were using forged reports.
