Civil Liberties Organisation (CLO), has called on the executive and the legislative to declare as criminal, the use of torture to interrogate suspects by security agencies as well as prescribe punishment for perpetrators of turture.
This call by the CLO came as an effort to eliminate the use of torture by the police and other security agencies and bring it up to global standards of interrogation.
