Nigeria: Marketers, Task Force Clash Over Fuel Price

Asaba — Independent Petroleum Marketers (IPM) and officials of the Petroleum Task Force (PTF) set up by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Delta State chapter have clashed over attempts by the later to enforce the N70 pump price.

Both parties were engaged in a fierce fight which disrupted the sale of the fuel in most petrol stations in Asaba, the state capital, following intense battle by the task force operatives Saturday to enforce compliance on the filling stations.
