Kigali — The democratisation that the ruling Rwandese Patriotic Front (RPF) fought for has largely been realised, historical members of the party have said.Speaking on the eve of the 13th anniversary of the country's liberation from Genocide and dictatorship, MP Sam Kanyemera Kaka said the rule of law and security has been restored.
"Security is the bottom-line of all things. All Rwandans and foreigners enjoy security today," the retired Brig. Gen. told The New Times in an exclusive interview yesterday.
