Ndola — JUSTICE minister, George Kunda, has announced that the drafting of the Constitution Conference Bill 2007 has reached an advanced stage and he will in the next few days start consulting stakeholders regarding the piece of legislature.
At a Press briefing held at his office in Lusaka yesterday, Mr Kunda called for an end to bickering and arguments by some people over the Constitution making process stressing that the Government was serious with the matter and did not want to waste time.
