Kampala — FIVE people, including two children, have died in the last three weeks after rabid dogs bit them. Eight other victims were being treated at Bugiri Hospital.
The hospital's medical superintendent, Sarah Nambozo, said some of the victims died because their relatives delayed to take them for treatment.
