Kenya: Economy to Survive Rising Political Heat

Nairobi — East Africa's largest fund management company says the economy will grow by 6.2 per cent over the next one year despite rising political temperature.

Old Mutual Asset managers say they have revised economic growth projections from six per cent due to increased tax collections, and the positive performance of key economic sectors such as manufacturing and tourism.
