Kenya: Poor Roads Blamed for Violation of Rules

Nairobi — Poor roads are to blame for the high number of motorists not complying with traffic regulations, a survey by the University of Nairobi says.

Respondents in the study conducted in Nairobi, Siaya and Embu, say most Kenyan roads are narrow and pot-holed leading to overlapping and swerving.
