Ondjiva — Sao Tome and Principe's Attorney General, Antonio Rapouso, is visiting since Tuesday the southern Cunene Province, in the ambit of the materialisation of the co-operation accords that came out of the third conference of African Public Prosecutors Associations (APPA).
Speaking to the press, the official said "only with joint efforts can we stop organised criminality in Africa and all over the world".
Accompanied by the deputy general attorneys of Angola and Sao Tome, Pascoal Antonio Joaquim and Roberto Pedro, respectively, Antonio Rapouso visited the local police command, justice board and the criminal investigation department, as well as the Santa Clara border post, in Namacunde District.
Antonio Rapouso was also received in audience by the Cunene Province governor, Pedro Mutinde.
The APA conference was held in Luanda this month under the theme "Fighting against the trafficking of people, domestic violence and violation of children's rights".
