Harare — TANGA Wekwa Sando and Alick Macheso are sharing the stage tonight in Budiriro.
This is a rare combination considering the gentleness and romantic nature of jazz and the rusticity of sungura. But, there is no doubt the fans will have their money's worth.
Both have a catalogue of songs that fans have fallen in love with such as Sando's Wake and Mbambamba, while Macheso is famed for Shedia and Madhawu among others.
Cheso Power's forthcoming album Nekuti Ndezvashe is expected to be the icing on the cake while Dance group, Zalabantu, is the supporting act.
It's Sele time paPazororo Bar and Nightclub, seven kilometres away from Harare, when Tongai Moyo dishes out tracks from his latest album, Pinda Panyanga among others tonight.
Tomorrow, Tongai takes his Sele act to Tropicana Hotel in Kwekwe. Assegai Crew supports him on both shows.
BV Labien Musica takes Bulawayo by storm with two shows at Club 474 tonight and tomorrow.
