Luanda — Angola's national football team starts Monday here preparations ahead of the country's participation at the regional tournament of the Southern Africa countries (Cosafa Cup) expected for Botswana on July 28-29, this year, ANGOP has learnt.
In Botswana, the squad will play Lesotho on July 28, for the semi-final of group C. In case of a victory, Angola will play the final with the winner of the match between Bostwana and Namibia.
Summoned for the works are the players Lama, Yamba Asha, Lebo Lebo, Chara, Santana, Mabina, David, Joazinho, Miro, Loco, Love, Alberto, ASA, Jamba, Simao, Nuno, Joel, Yuri, Pedro, Avex, Nelo, Gildo, Sennas and Lino.
Angola won the editions of 1999, 2001 and 2004.
