Angola: Cunene - Public Administration Promotes Training in Property Management

The provincial department of the Ministry of Public Administration, Employment and Social Security (MAPESS) in Angola's southern Cunene province started Monday a seminar on Management of State Property.

Mapess provincial director in Cunene, Oliveira Albino da Cruz, said that the seminar aims at transmitting the message on how to develop administrative activities of State and basic rules for better management of State's public property.

Public property is associated with the essential, political and democratic rights, under which State property should effectively serve respective goals, so avoiding those holding political positions from using the State property for particular purposes.

The five day event brings together technicians with the Public Administration, heads of departments, including administrative officials.
