QM'S venture into hip-hop seven years ago did not do much to catapult him into the limelight. The singer, whose real name is Davis Businge, launched his career with Bakiliza, but unfortunately, radio stations found no reasons to include it on their play lists.

Newspapers also found nothing worth writing about the song. But this was not about to daunt QM's determination to make it to musical heights.

After a brief hiatus, QM cast his frustrations aside and decided to re-launch his career from a different outlook. He abandoned hip-hop style for afro beat.

He was right. With the help of producer Didi Mugisa from True Vine Studios, QM came up with an enchanting Afro beat tune, Shika Moja Moja. It blends afro beat and hip-hop, a piece that QM describes as afro hip-hop.

Shika Moja Moja, done in Kiswahili, Luganda and English appeals to the East African audience. In the song, QM advises his listeners to achieve their goals one at a time, if they are bound to achieve any.

This track will certainly cast the budding singer into the glare of publicity.
