Accra — WaterAid Country Representative, Mr. Stephen Ntow has noted that poverty has reduced the poor's access to water, sanitation and hygiene services in the country.
He blamed the inaccessibility of water on the lack of well-planned settlement, which he said, has affected connectivity to the services of the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL).
