Ghana: Security Lapses Blamed On Recent Contract Killings and Cocaine Scandals

Cape Coast — THE GENERAL Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketsia, has noted that the upsurge in contract killings and numerous cocaine scandals bedevilling the country was the result of some lapses in the security setup in the country.

According to him, the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) had recruited "disloyal and incompetent security personnel who are only tarnishing the image of the country in the international media with such despicable scandals."
