Kigali — Cabinet has expressed dissatisfaction with the contents of a recently released UN report on Rwanda that among other recommendations called for a reduction in defense spending, RNA reports.
Chaired by President Paul Kagame yesterday evening, the government session resolved that the Ministry of Finance should come out openly against the report. The ministry is yet to comment but the Finance minister was personally present at the report launch.
