Mekuti

Mekuti School received financial assistance from Liya Amanuel, an Eritrean youth residing in Germany.

The Administrator of Mekuti administrative area, Ms. Almaz Tela, expressed appreciation and said that the donation manifests the efforts of parents to instill love for the Homeland and fellow citizens to their children brought up abroad.

Ms. Liya said that she decided to make the donation following a program in ERI-TV of the return of internally displaced citizens to their localities.

It is to be recalled that Liya made a similar donation of about 50,000 Nakfa to the school in 2005.
