President Nkurunziza Burundi and his cabinet continue touring whole country despite the institutional impasse that has reached an unprecedented proportion. He has already met the Police and army officers of the 4th police and military regions behind closed doors.
This visit followed another he made in Rutana where a speech influencing the population to be opposed to the opposition members of the Parliament was delivered
There are reports which indicate the presence of people who teach civilian disobedience to the current government as well as illegal military training in this province where former CNDD-FDD leader, Hussein Radjabu originates.
