South Africa: Mbeki's Decision Will Not Affect Health Programmes

Pretoria — President Thabo Mbeki's decision to relive former Deputy Health Minister, Nozizwe Madlala-Routledge from her duties will not affect the implementation of government's policies and programmes on HIV and Aids.

Government spokesperson Themba Maseko on Friday dispelled media reports which implied the President's decision would yield a setback in the roll-out on some government initiatives.
