Asmara — A new book titled "Eta Mer'at" written by Asmerom Tsegaberhan and published by Hidri Publishers and Auget Book Store was inaugurated yesterday at Hotel Embasoira.
The author explained that the book which is based on a true story highlights the resistance of the Eritrean people and the commitment of fighters during the armed struggle for independence.
He further expressed appreciation to all those who cooperated and supported him in general and to the late veteran fighter Ali Seid Abdalla in particular. He added that the income from the sales be donated to support families of fallen heroes.
The Minister of Labor and Human Welfare, Ms. Askalu Menkerios, handed presents from the author to real life personas in the book.
It is to be recalled the author had previously published "Sile Natsnet" in 1994 and "Ab Gu'ezo" in 1996.
