Nigeria: Kano Govt to Buy N400 Million Fertiliser

Kano — Kano state government is to purchase 4,776 tones of Urea fertiliser worth N400m for onward distribution to farmers in the state, the state commissioner of information, Alhaji Haruna Isa Dederi said.

Speaking to newsmen after the state executive council meeting, the commissioner said the gesture was meant to boost farming activities in the state.
