Nacfa — The Minister of Defense, General Sebhat Ephrem, stressed the need to strive for promoting social justice in all domains as history runs through generations and that it is the responsibility of all to pass on remarkable work accomplishment. He made the remarks during the graduation ceremony of 500 students from Nacfa Social Sciences School on August 20.
The students are from different ministries, regional administrations and national associations. Pointing out that the history and experience of the people and the nation is unique, Gen. Sebhat underscored that the nation's resources should be effectively harnessed for the benefit of the people.
Also speaking on the occasion, the director of the School, Mr. Ahferom Tewolde, said that the course included seminars, group debates and presentation of research papers.
A representative of the students on her part noted the importance of such courses and asserted that the group would work to fight corruption and sub-nationalistic sentiments.
Different officials handed certificates to the graduates.
