Praia — A delegation of the Angolan Audit Court started Sunday a work visit to Cape Verde to learn from the counterpart's experience, with highlight to the Nucleus of Opinion of the State General Account, ANGOP has learnt.
According to chief judge of Cape Verde's Audit Court, José Carlos Delgado, the visit occurs in the light of a joint commission created by the local Audit Court and the Angolan Finance Ministry, for the implementation of an Integrated System for the Management of State Accounts in Angola.
The Angolan delegation, staying until August 31, seeks the experience of the Audit Court of Cape Verde, which has already submitted to the parliament the opinion on the State General Accounts of 1988 - 2001, having to conclude until next December, the same work related to the 2001-2005 accounts.
José Carlos Delegado disclosed that with this visit the two countries' Audit Courts are starting a new phase of cooperation that is more founded, and involving a set of concrete actions.
The Angolan Audit Court delegation, made up of 12 individuals, will hold working meetings with nucleus in charge of implementing the Strategic Plan of Institutional Development of the Cape Verdean Audit Court, with the Operational Nucleus of the Information Society (NOSI) and the Managing Board of Public Accounting.
