Kampala — Controversy and intrigue surround the finals of the CAR Africa Cup due to take place in the Indian Ocean island of Madagascar later this month. There are complaints over the way the games were awarded to Madagascar.
Uganda, Kenya, Cote d' Ivoire and Madagascar will tussle it out for the title of top African rugby nation apart from South Africa. Both the semi-finals and the finals will take place over a one week period in the host country.
