Eritrea: Citizens Abroad Extend Financial Assistance to Martyrs' Families in Shambuko Sub-Zone

Shambuko

Eritreans residing abroad extended financial assistance amounting to 87,000 Nakfa in support of needy families of martyrs in Shambuko sub-zone.

Martyrs' families in 5 administrative areas of the sub-zone including Bushuka, Dembesmera, Binbina, Shehate and Konan are the beneficiaries of the assistance. Each family received a 2-year payment ranging from 1,350 to 10,000 Nakfa.

The head of the branch office of the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare in the sub-zone, Mr. Elias Habtile, commended the nationals for the gesture and called on fellow citizens to emulate their initiative.
