Eden

Different development activities are being carried out in Eden semi-urban center, Elabereed sub-zone.

The Administrator of Eden, Mr Teages Tesfai, indicated that the local inhabitants have repaired a 6 km-long road linking the semi-urban center with Terenko, and that a number of terraces and embankments have been put in place so as to effectively conserve soil and water.

He further pointed out that the installation of water pipelines have now been finalized thanks to the vigorous efforts exerted by the Anseba regional administration and partners.

He added that as a result of the relentless endeavors made by the Ministry of Information, the local inhabitants are now in a position to watch TV broadcast. Eden semi-urban center is inhabited by about 10,000 people.
