Mogadishu — The top leaders of Somali transitional federal government signed a treaty with some of the delegates of the recently wrapped-up national reconciliation conference in Mogadishu.
The agreement took place in the palace of King Abdalla, the son of Abdi Aziz; by the time of the signature the king himself was present at the venue and made banquet for his guests of honor.
