Nigeria: ICPC Tackles Corruption in UBEC, Recovers Over N488m

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), has recovered about N488 million looted from state offices and headquarters of the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC).

A highly-reliable source close to the Commission told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) yesterday in Abuja that it was still battling to recover another N3.1 billion looted by UBEC officials.
